Our team is made up of individuals with extensive experience within senior management positions in large corporate aviation companies, national regulators and airlines and all have a proven background of project managing AOC set-ups and variations.
Bubul is able to project manage a new AOC application or variation from start to finish.

Our Team

Nathan Burkitt
Director
Nathan is a highly experienced Aviation Manager and Aviation Management Consultant, with extensive experience in Operations, Training Standards, Compliance and Safety with proven high-level results in improving organisation compliance, risk management, efficiency and safety within the aviation industry.
With over 25 years of experience in the aviation industry, he is a Senior Examiner and a current TRI/TRE on the Airbus A320 / A330 / A340 as well as having been an examiner on the Boeing B737 / B757 / B767 provides him with a strong background in Training, Checking, Development and Standardisation in the Classroom, Simulator and Aircraft environment of Pilots, Training Pilots and Checking Pilots.

Ben Howard
Director
Ben has more than 25 years experience in applying Safety Management principles in both airline and maritime industries. He served for nine years in the Royal Navy as a navigator before training as a pilot, which has been instrumental in developing his perspective on safety in the different disciplines.
Ben has been employed worldwide as a pilot and safety manager, with the bulk of his experience gained in the Business Aviation sector. For the last 11 years he has worked principally in the consultancy role, assisting, guiding and directly managing as required by the client company. He has held the following posts in accordance with EASA regulations, all at UK AOC's;

Bill Jooste
Director
Bill is an accomplished technology executive, uniquely positioned to leverage his extensive experience in finance sector technology for innovative applications in the aviation industry. His career is marked by significant roles such as Chief Technology Officer at AMX, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the fund platform to a substantial multi-billion AUM through strategic technological implementations. Additionally, as head of Business Change at Investec Asset Management and before that at Credit Suisse, he led numerous impactful technological transformations.
With a robust educational background, including an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Bill excels in aligning technological solutions with business objectives. Bill's deep understanding of technology in the finance industry and his ability to adapt and apply these strategies in the aviation sector make him a valuable asset to organisations aiming to harness technology for growth and transformation in dynamic environments.
